Discounts will be applied to your order when processing your payment.  You will then receive an email notifying you of your new total after the discount has been applied.

Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery of fashion jewellery and 3 – 4 weeks for wedding jewellery orders. Large orders may require extended delivery dates .

Orders through 'Ready to Wear' in our Fashion Jewellery catalogue will be posted the next working day.   Spice Lily will endeavour to adhere to this policy at all times.

Urgent orders can be accommodated. Please forward your urgent request to You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.

All orders will be posted via 'registered post'. 

Delivery costs will be confirmed on receipt of order.  Please email us at if you wish to confirm your total delivery costs prior to completing your order.  Generally, most registered post items within Australia will attract a $10.00 delivery cost.

International shipping can be arranged and costs will be confirmed on receipt of order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We use Australia Post to send our products. Spice Lily will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.

Spice Lily endeavours to accurately list product information and portray the correct product colours. Some colours may vary slightly from what you see on-line. If you are unhappy with any final product presentation please email your concerns to service at spicelily dot com dot au

At Spice Lily we want your on-line shopping experience to be a positive one! If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original and unused condition and within 7 days of receipt for an exchange*.

Please understand that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings, hair pieces and headwear unless they are faulty or have been designed with the incorrect colours (colours that are different to the clients order).

Should you find a fault or receive an item in need of repair we will happily repair the item for you. Please email service at spicelily dot com dot au within 7 days of receipt of order.

Please choose your product carefully as we do not provide refunds; however in some circumstances we will agree to an exchange of goods.

Please let us know the reason for returning the goods and what item(s) you would like to exchange the good(s) for. For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back via Express Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused, or after the-7 day period will not be accepted.

If you have a genuine breakage of a well loved piece Spice Lily will be happy to repair your jewels.  A reasonable fee will apply depending on work and material involved and any loss of materials from the original piece. This offer only applies to jewellery from the Spice Lily and Boxt Jewels (formerly known as) labels.
