Returns, refunds and repairs

We love a happy Spice Lily customer so we will work with you to ensure a positive outcome for all.

Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for an exchange the jewellery item must be unworn pieces and in the same condition as you received it 
  • Please choose earrings carefully, although we try to be as flexible as possible due to health regulations we are unable to refund earrings.
  • We do not exchange sale items.
  • Please present us with proof of purchase or we will have records of on-line orders
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchasing

Credits:

  • We hope you love your spice lily pieces but if you are unhappy with your product and wish to send it back we will issue you a credit as unfortunately we do not offer refunds.  

Repairs:

If your Spice Lily piece is genuinely faulty then please email Heidi at hello@cafecollectivewa.com.au  We will be happy to help!
