Exchanges:
- To be eligible for an exchange the jewellery item must be unworn pieces and in the same condition as you received it
- Please choose earrings carefully, although we try to be as flexible as possible due to health regulations we are unable to refund earrings.
- We do not exchange sale items.
- Please present us with proof of purchase or we will have records of on-line orders
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchasing
Credits:
- We hope you love your spice lily pieces but if you are unhappy with your product and wish to send it back we will issue you a credit as unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
